This collaboration will make it possible for field officers and farmers to receive individualized weather forecasts data on their mobile phones.
In addition to weather forecast data, it will now be possible to provide scientifically vetted agronomic data to growers, farm managers, crop consultants and researchers. Through integration with eProd we are now able to deliver regional – based on a 9 by 9 km grid – crop specific production advice for basically all common crops and information on the development of the major pests and diseases in the main agricultural production areas in the world.
